Cancellation Penalties

Cancellation fees for cruise fares, air add-ons, land packages, ground transfers, and other charges will follow the schedule outlined at this link and apply to all guests on the reservation. Please note that fees for air, land, and other add-ons may still apply, even if the reservation isn’t canceled in full. Changes to air gateways or names on cruise, air, or land packages are also considered cancellations. Cancellations must be made through your travel agent by phone to our Reservations Department, and fees will vary based on the timing of the cancellation according to the schedule.

Travelers Must Have Proper Travel Documents

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.
For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.

Deposit Requirements

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.

To secure a cabin a $125.00 deposit is required. Deposits and all payments are totally refundable until the final payment due date, February 13, 2026.

Each passenger must set up their own Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) account to get a Latitude Number. You can do this here: NCL Account Setup.
